JD Jetting

I own a KTM SMC and put a JD kit in it I just bought one of their kits which I will be putting on over the next couple of days after I install my new exhast which is a Big Gun evo R anyway my question is I have read tons of posts on here about jetting and JD is saying run a 185 to 190 have any of you ever used this kit on a 450r? And do you guys think that it is a little big of a jet size? Just wondering what you guys think.

oh BTW my elevation is below 3000 ft.
