what do ppl think of reverse

i have not seen any threads of this so i was wondering what do ppl think of reverse on the 450r i know i would like it but what about racers i mostly do trail and mud and i like having reverse should honda put reverse in it or are there other things that need to be done first

other things need done first...starting/starter issues is one of them

reverse is not necessary at all...i am always on trails and i am usually turned around before the guys that have reverse...very rarely do i get stuck in mud(mainly because i try to avoid it as much as possible) so that don't really matter to me...

Totally unnecessary, if you want reverse, get a 400ex, or worse... a yamaha :eek2:

Pull the clutch or put it in N, stand on the tires and walk the quad backwards.

i havent ever needed it but i race mx so i wouldnt normally but im going trail riding from thursday till saturday and i might need it there but i can just walk it back around.

when I go down a trail that ends in a lake or a canyon full of mud I get off and pick up the rear end and spin it around.

I have never said "I wish I had reverse."

sometimes I cuss myself for getting into a spot I need to get off for but the reverse wouldnt be on my list of improvements on my 450r.

I have never missed having reverse on any of my bikes....it is totally unnecessary.

the only 450 at the moment that has reverse is the kawasawki and i dont think any ones that dont have reverse will or should have it.
