you mean this ?

http://i11.ebayimg.com/04/i/000/92/28/28a0_2.JPG

"TRX450R

* 13:1
* 11.5:1
* 469cc +2mm=13:1 Requires +2mm Bore
* 500cc +5mm=12:1 Requires +5mm Bore"

is the stock comp pistons 10.5:1 ?

Yes, JE makes quality pistons. JH Racing has them in stock for $150.

JE does not make a 10.5:1 piston for the '04-'05 piston, the lowest compression piston they have for that quad is 11.5:1.

Is there a particular reason you want to stay with stock compression? If you're just looking for a simple shelf piston and want to stay with pump gas then I'd get the 11.5:1 for sure. The stock 10.5:1 on the 04/05 machines is lower than it needs to be, IMO.

im going to start racing here in Norway.
im my class im allowed to do almost everything with my 450r, but nothing with my engine.
the engine needs to be the same as when i purchased my 450r from the honda dealer.
so it looks like i need to go with the OEM piston kit...

i just sent a mail to a guy who knows this stuff.

thanks for all the answers guys :D

i got the mail from the guy and he said i could run all type of piston, but the specifications needs to be the same as the stock piston. this means stock comp.

and is there any better or crappier gaskets ? whats the best ?

I think Wiseco is the only company (other than Honda) to offer a 10.5:1 piston for the 04/05. It's too bad you have to stay with stock compression. I mean, if you had a 06+ you could go with 12.0:1. Doesn't quite seem fair. Sure he didn't mean stock bore? If it was at all vague I'd double check.

You can't go wrong with stock Honda gaskets. I've never had an issue with Cometic either.
