Stiff Clutch

I have a 2004 450r and the clutch lever is really hard to pull but when you take the springs and 6 bolts out it pulls smooth.

Umm, yea because when you pull the lever with your clutch together your compressing those springs. This is how 450r clutch's are.

It hasnt always been this hard it just got this way it this isnt normal it almost takes 2 hands to pull it.

maybe you need a new cable, lube the cable, cluth basket grooved, those are the things that come to mind first.
