04 600RR only bolt ons are LeVince slip on and some carbon fiber accessories. Haven[t had a bike for a few years and was finally able to afford one again. Lovin it. Anybody else riding the RR?

my god, that is a super clean ride. i love the 600 double r...thats the bike i been wanting since i was 14, and i got 2 more yrs to wait till i get my bike license. really nice bike man

nice bike! i rode a R1 today.

so far ive ridden a few harleys and a few 600's and a ducati s4. and this thing was scary haha. its the sickest bike in my town. everything is chrome.

that blue is soo nice. that bikes sick man.

im hoping to own a '00 orange f4 someday.

CRich that bike looks exactly like my buddies, broken mirror and all :devil: . Thanks for the compliments. The blue is really growing on me. Its unique and just glows in the sun. I have rode nearly 300 miles on it in the last two days and grinning every bit of the way. Keep us posted on what you are getting JJ.

hey jrm3 how do those ride?are they comfortable?

cuz when i move to south carolina in the next month or so im gonna be buying one and its a toss up between the 600rr the gixxer 600 or the on of the yamahas(yzf-r6;yzf-r6s;or the 600r)

If you are looking for comfort this really isn't the bike for ya, if you aren't used to the sportbikes. The seat is hard as plywood but you get used to it. As for the ride, its great. Awesome power, throttle response, and torque, as well as a nice suspension and handling. The ride height is a bit high for me in the rear, but it is something that I will have to learn to live with. I am happy with the RR. Couldn't comment on any of the other makes, I have only ridden red.

you can adjust the spring preload in the back to bring the @$$ end down

I only seen the rebound adjustment, if its preload adjustable, it isn't very accessible. I will have to check it out tonight.

they are supposed to be fully adjustable, and i would agree on accessibility...everything is tight on those bikes
