yes it has a title and im located in southern ohio so i would say if you drove 2and a half and so did i we could meet half way, yes it does have an oversized tank and it was raced

yeah i know those are some really crappy pics , there is no stock parts that goes with it . and there is no holes or breaks in the plastic the plastic looks good . no i wont part it out. and i am putting it in the cycle trader tommarow so i am sure it will go quick after i put it in there especially for only 2300 so if your interested contact me immediatly at 7409778255 , leave message
