grab bar question

Does the 86-87 grab bars mount differently from the 88-89's? I found a blingstar grab bar for my 86 but it says for 88-89 250r's.

88 and 89's mount up differently than the 86/87. sorry man.


88/89 mount the same as the 450R.

you can make a 86/87 grab bar fit a 88/89, just drill a set of holes closer to the outside hole. It wont work the other way, the grab bar tabs that bolt to the frame is shorter.
