on some quads they look really good, if they are for like racing and ****. But unfortunatley not on yours. I learned my lesson anyway. I cut the fenders off myself on my 250ex. It looks horribles, so im gonna get all new plastics from maier.

What do you use to cut the plastic.

cutting wheel... then sand it... the run over the edges with a lighter to burn off all the plastic shavings and you got yourself a set of cut fenders

I used a sawzall with a wood blade, along with precise lines lol, but yeah, angle grinder, well sander, to clean it up, and you can get a plastic trimming tool, its like a squigally blade and works awesome, i've cut fenders on like 4 quads now and they all like em.

I just cut mine yesterday. I bought a heavy duty utility knife. I just marked where I wanted to cut with tape and a marker and just slowly cut thru it with the knife. It has a nice smooth cut and no shavings to clean up. Then I just sanded the edges a little so they wouldn't be sharp. Took me about 20 minutes. I'm proud of myself. They came out great.
