go to www.photobucket.com or www.tinypic.com and upload your image and copy and paste the code that has "< >" at the ends into your reply

click on the button that says browse, choose your pics from your computer that you want, and then click upload.....and voila you have uploaded your pics

I stumbled across this tool just a few weeks ago, it's an addon to windows XP
Image Resizer located about 3/4 down on this page:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
Once you have it downloaded, you can go into your files, select one file, or many files then right click, and you will see the Image Resizer option as shown in the first window below, then a window pops up like in the second window.. It's pretty self explanatory from there on.
