About what size main jet do you think I need for a full system Duncan exhaust on my Z? Thanks (I have no idea about this)

I just got a z400 yesterday and was wondering what the stock pilot and main jets were?

Lets say Im at 200-400 feet elevation.

What would a good jet setup be for just running no airbox lid?

What about running no airbox lid with a slip on pipe (alba racing)?
