IMO I would not powdercoat them at all, I have seen powdercoated rims before and they look ****ty over time (chipped)

But I would get them in black

yeah, but for 20 bucks i'd rather get them PCed than use spray paint that would chip off 5x faster

any other suggestions? i'm thinking either stealth black, or black (smoked) chrome

get em anodized like black excels rims there hold up better then the powder coat

I got mine done in stealth black, its very thick and goes on like a spray on bedliner...holding up pretty good.

If you check around locally there are a few small shops that powdercoat and make parts for CAT, yellow and black should be easy colors for them ;)

Not native to either! I am living in Peoria for one more week, then back to MI to finish up school.

I believe I do but I will have to check into it. I do know there are several shops making low production hand railings and things of the sort for CAT.... just not sure if I remember the names of the shops.
