I'm looking for a +2 steering stem. I dont want to pay 500$. any ideas.....Even a good used one i dont mind. Its for a 400ex. And do any of you know if the stem from a 450r is the same as a 400ex :confused:

a 450r one will not fit. I have a legacy +1 if you are interested.

I was told by my local HONDA dealer that the stem on a 450R and a 400EX are the same. How much do you want for the +1 srem you got????

Your dealer is lieing to you!!!

The only way a 400ex stem will fit a 450R is to use the 400ex mounting block and rubber bushing, even then there will be a slight bit of play in it.

The diameters are different!
