What a great race! I wish I could have raced it. So many people loved that track!
Lets start off with a picture by NCDirtrider.com. We all need to support him. I try to buy a picture atleast every other race. I love pictures though! This is a great shot. Charley making the pass on David Reeves and his brother James behind him.
And to top it off - IN WATER!
I bet there is an awesome story behind this shot. We need to have a bench race. Where no one goes out and races, we just all sit around and eat and drink and talk about all the cool racing!

Second was Cook

Just less than two miles from the checkered flag, word came out across the radio that Cook had caught Houston. Less than a few tenths of a mile of riding together, Houston's spindale broke, leaving Houston broke and Cook was able to take the checkered flag and the win.
