Just bolted on a new koso intake to the stock carb on our 07 apex 90.What are the two taps on the intake for?The larger one had a black rubber cap on it,while the other(smaller)was just open.Do either of these tie into anything or do they stay as are?Still running the 118 main it came with, should I drop it?

you better plug both holes. your engine will overheat. the holes are for oil inj or anything else you want in the low press zone.

I agree with jetmedic. Plug both hole unless you're running oil injection, boost bottle, nitrous .....
Honestly I'm suprise it runs well at all with one of the holes open.
As far as the main jet, it all depends on how it's running and how the plug looks. More info would help. Let us know more info.

The holes are for a vacum operated fuel petcock and the oil injection.
The vacum caps rot and leak air . The permanent fix is JB KWIK weld. Unscrew th etaps with a 7 or 8 mm wrench and mix up some JB. I would do this repair with the manifold off the quad.
Some the JB weld with a piece of ice or water on your finger while it is still plyable.
