My second R project!!!

Ok, so the last R that I built a traded like an ***.. This one lets hope I don't.. It's an 89 that I bought in bits. I cleaned EVERYTHING as if it was about to perform an operation (still not happy and will give it another once over)...

The goods so far.

89 frame gusseted/PC'ed
Laeger +2 arms
stock clean arse swinger
Burgard +1 stem with fat bar clamps
Tag Bars
Old style rear beads (being PC'ed black now)
Hiper fronts (black, and in the mail)
PRM rear skid, bell skid, and front bumper (front is being PC'ed blk of course)

I got the red plastics that came with it but I need and am getting new ones.. Prob. either Orange, or maybe yellow.

ENGINE!!! It's a 310 procross cylinder ported/polished but I need to send it out for its first bore.
Bottom end is together but I'm prob. going to take it apart (when i get the balls to) and check it over.

Ebay and found this one on craigslist... I spend alot of time on there searching out parts. Go to ebay motors, then parts and assesories and search for trx250r, or 250r (just put that, don't put "250r parts") also of course on here in the forsale section.

Heres a pic of the first one I built. EVERYTHING was new or powdercoated... (these pics are from when it needed the front end set up still)... I started from NOTHING.. bought a bare frame and had it PC'ed then bought Part buy part by part... I actualy find it pretty fun building this stuff..

I do that a lot also. Especially since I just found a crack in my right case near the rear engine mount.:grr: By the way, those cases look MINT, wanna sell em?:D
