torque specifications for 05 kfx 400

Can anyone tell me the torque specifications on a 2005 kfx 400 i need the specs for the cilinder head and also the cam holders. thanks

Buy a manual...

7 ft lbs for the cams

18 then 35 ft lbs in a X patteren for the head bolts.
