aluminum airbox plans. anybody have any pics of them?

i am looking for pictures of those aluminum airboxes that hold the battery and that stuff in them. i am going to make one out of diamond plate aluminum

Some guy on ebay had some made out of diamond plate and i asked him what were the dimensions and he said they were 14"x7".

last time i tried to do that i went off a jump on my old cheetah 90 and the battery dropped through and hit the chain and blew up, which caught all of my plastic on fire. i hope yours is better than mine was!

I made one but my dimensions are a little complicated. Ok the front the goes into the air boot is like this ________

The dimensions on the top in 7 1/2 in, bottom in 6 1/2in, and the height it 6in high
The back of the box is like this ________

The dimensions on the top is 7 1/2in, the bottom is 6 1/2in, and the height is 5in.
The sides are like this

this is 5" and then slopes into the bottom of piece one

Then the bottom of the box just connects everything. You should be able to get that if you get the 4 sides right. O yea and the front and back are tapered so your chain doesnt hit. I made mine out of 1/8in 6061 aluminum but I have heard people using 1/16 in. Purdy good engineering for a 15 year old u think?
