Tips for seat install?

I got quad tech's desert seat for my 07ER, it has new foam and a new seat cover. I've never done one so any tips on laying down the new foam and cover? What should i use to glue the foam down with? Any special way of trying to stretch it? Thanks

pay an apolstry shop 30-40 bucks to do it for you.

this is a quote from the guy that did mine "don't EVER bring anything that hard back here again, or ill charge you 100 bucks a minute."

it was crazy hard for even him to get it done right. so unless you have awesome patience i would prefer to just let an expert done.
