13:1 comp. piston

Just wondering what would all need to be done if i changed to a 13:1 compression on my 07ER. Just a piston swap?

piston and gaskets unless you are going to add a cam while you have it apart and ofcourse new oil and oil filter.

Thinking 13:1 with the HRC kit...
