Brand New Dasa 500 Billet Aluminum Big Bore Kit For A 2004 - 2005 TRX 450R. Comes with billet aluminim jug, base gasket, head gasket, 13:5 to 1 J.E. Piston and rings and wrist pin. Everything is new never mounted or installed on quad. 525.00 shipping included within the continental 48 states.

With this kit will someone need a new rod, and you say this is 100% new whats the reason that you are selling it?

I'm parting the 450R cause my nephew wants a LTR. I don't know if you need to replace your rod it's your call ? I don't need 450R big Bore Kit if I don't have the motor anymore.

Sorry sandshots, I was interested and wanted to buy it but excuse me for asking questions. I think you ruined his sale with me, for opening your mouth, I want to know exactly what im buying before I get in to deep. I was going to buy it but I have not gotten the best replies about the kit seems many people have not gotten the best out of it.

Is it your dasa kit sandshots? I think you should be the one shutting up. Damn!

The kit is worth buying. I have same in my 05, but I did find you should run the dasa exhaust with it. That made al the difference. CRAzy FAst...
