bike used to be really fast but recently started to seem slower. It use to smoke 450r's and 700 raptors now about the same as 450. Every thing in the motor is less than 4 months old the only thing that isn't new is the chain. The sprockets are newer but have lots of wear from the crappy chain. just wanted to know if the chain could slow it down?

chain couldnt slow you down that much, even if its worn. your carb may need some adjustments for the warmer weather. did you change anything else on the bike? new tires? rims?

no. lowered main jet but may need to go smaller or lower the needle back down seemed a little rich

Jetting is everything for making big power. I can be off a half a size and tell with my bike.
Also how did you break it in.. if you ran the **** out of it you could be starting to glaze the cylinder walls and having excessive blow by.
