i have a bum engine in my 250x. so its just a rolling chassis. i have 2 engines i can get to put in as a conversion.
1.) 350x
2.) Tecate 4

what do you think. i know they make conversions for 350x but me and my friend put a 750cc in a tecate so the motor is left out i think we can put a 250 in a 250 :)

what do u think

id measure the engines and where the pipes are gonna hafta go and see which one will be less work and do that.

very true, unless its legthed and widened, powerfull motors dont like small frames, and if its a good 350x, wit the 6 gears and all, bore it to a 400, and it will be plenty fast for u

i know powroll.com sells conversion pipes and kits for the 350x so u can literally drop it in w/o cutting and welding. the tecate would be a project. it would be fast though :D

It would be less work

In the 250x frame I'd do the 350x conversion. Is the Tecate motor in good shape?

I know that the 350x engine mounts up but not sure about the tecate. The pipe on the tecate might f*** everything up. I would go with the 350x engine.
