polished a modified header for my friends 400. he ended up buying a full sparks for his 406 rebuild. so for my birthday he gave me the header and his tc slip on.

tweaked my axle after having the pipe onf for about 10 mins. so i ordered an axle, new grips, and new nerf nets, tonight im ordering a tether kill switch, jet kit, and hubs. ill post pics of my small tare down tonight

If that's the stock headpipe it polished up really good. Take some pics of it after you get the new stuff.

So you cut the swinger off?

Mine seized and I took it out with a ratchet extension and a 6lb sledge. About an hour of beating.

yes i cut the swigner off. i even heated it up cherry red and beat the end of the bolt with a 20 lb sledge. after i cut my swingarm off. i still could not get it to budge. i had to get the oxy-accetelyne torch in tehre and make 5 cuts. after i made 2 cuts i got one side out. then i made the rest of the cuts and still had to heat up the callors to get the bolt to move inside of it. have a stock swingarm, extended axle, new nerf nets, new grips, and a jet kit on the way. gotta run to the dealer to buy new callors bearings and dust seals.

mine to sized and i went to my local hardware store bought a 3ft steel rod and hammerd it out.man i cant belive you cut you swingarm off you should of just cut the bolt,the bolt is like $22 a service honda a swingarm is going to be alot more your crazy man.

i did cut bolt before i cut my swingarm ;) i used rebar as a punch it wouldnt move even when heated and after soaked in penetrating oil for 3 days.

i even used just a 20 lb sledge on the end of the bolt after it wouldnt budge for the 4,000th time. so cut the dust seals off an tried to tap it out didnt work dust seals were froze up just as bad as everything else. i got a swingarm on the way already.

this is what my bolt looks like you can do it at home and its easy you just need a drill press tap die set and a zerk fitting. And fill the end end with jb weld let it dry 24hrs and lube her up.

planning on doing that with mine il also heard that some anti seez stuff works.
