Chinese ATVs getting better?

Have you guys heard of Motorsportfactory.com?? They sell Chinese ATVs, I hear that Chinese ATVs are getting better and wanted to know if they are worth it

Should I buy one though, they are much less expensive, is it throwing money away? Motorsportfactory.com seems to have the cheapest but I am not sure on the quality
