Who has had or has a LECTRON carb?

I dont know any thing about these. any one here have one I did a search dident come up with much! its a 38mm can I use my stock cable whould I be better off just geting a 450r carb? what kind of jets dose it use? are they bad or good and why? any info at all whould be nice! what a fair price for a used one? (not sure what they go for new) Thanks guys and gals. :macho

Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that Lectron carbs are for running alcohol only. They are good carbs but they aren't for gas.

you can run gas through them just fine, they do not use jets but needles instead. to tune they are different, once tuned they are one of the best carbs out there for hp wise. you may have to grind the housing to be able to reach 100% wot. that is the problem that i hate it seems you have to push an extra half inch.
