well take your cylnder put it on top pff the casses and take a sharpi mark around the sleave on the casses machine inside the marker lines good luck.

im waiting for a call back from esr .... cant help wanting to know whats up....its a gear head thing. cant wait to rip my 350r

I just measured my 350 cases and they were 3.400" but I think ESR will tell you about 3.350" , so anywhere in between would be fine.

I've got a similar question on machining the cases for a 330 cylinder... What's the measurement? Also, do you think it would be ok to use the spacer plate as a template, and go off from that as to how much to machine?

the tech guy told be 3.324" for my 350 cylinder...the 310 plate is .190 and the 350 spacer plate is.250 dont know bout the 330.
