I am switching to a LT +1 setup, so I know I have to run new brake lines. Do I have to bleed the brakes to disconnect the existing lines? How do you bleed them if so?
Once I do get the old ones disconnected, how do I "repressurize" the new lines?

You don't have to bleed the lines to remove them but you will after installing new lines and fluid.

Once you get the lines installed, fill the master cylinder reservoir with DOT 4 fluid, do not use DOT 5.

It's been awhile since i've done this on the fronts....

Pull in the lever and hold. Loosen the bleeder valve on each caliper then retighten. Release lever, pull in lever, hold, loosen & retighten valve. Everytime you loosen the valve you should hear a puff of air being released and once the fluid gets down there, there will probably be some fluid and air being squrited out.

Continue this process for each caliper until a steady steam of fluid comes out with no air bubbles.

Be careful with the fluid because it's a great paint stripper.
