I went out to a local MX track today for open practice....It ran fine all day after I had to adjust my needle (the clip is all the way at the top) and the last time I went out, when I was riding to my full capabilities, I noticed antifreeze started comming out of my over flow tube (noticed it cause I saw it smoking from my pipe)...what would cause this??? I have a 200 main in, with the needle all the way to the top...maybe its a little on the lean side and it made it run hotter??? or, is this very popular with the bire bore motors?? I have a stock radiator with fullbore radiator shrouds and a 6" inline cooler. Regular 50/50 mix antifreeze.

I'm pretty sure on a 350 kit, you need an oversized radiator

You will definitely want to invest in an oversized radiator, as they ARE NEEDED when running a big bore motor. Perhaps you could also try some Engine Ice as coolant.

200 is huge, and all the way up, is that the needle is all the way up(rich) or the clip is all the way up(lean), if the needles all the way up on a 200 I'd say way to rich.

Engine Ice.

And how was the Overflow spilling on the pipe? Mines on the other side. :huh
