How can you tell just by looking at them, if a set of Elka fronts is set up for rebound? Is the rebound control part of the "clicker" mechanism, or is it a completely separate thing?

Also, what exactly is the difference between dual, triple, and quad rate?

The rebound adjustment is found below the spring and above the lower mounting hole (on models that have it).

The rate numbers are the number of different springs that the shocks has. They are set up like soft/medium/hard to make a transition.
