Where can you still buy quadtech or feather carbon tank covers for the R?

There's a used Quadtech on Ebay right now. Can you not buy R tank covers from Feather carbon, they're listed on their site? Never seen those 321 gas caps before, look pretty trick, but probably hella expensive.

the quadtech is too beatup. Who sells feather carbon besides themselves?

I believe the caps are $90 or so
