trying to remember the name of a movie

came out not to long ago... in the last year i think... ok... so like this lady and her daughter were driving up a abandoned road or something and they went out of control and wrecked... when the mom woke up the daughter was gone... she went up the hill and coundn't find her... then the husband searchs for them with the cops?!?! like when the night comes bad things happen and they hide in a church... and then at the end like hell comes threw the floor and all this stuff is going on and i "think" like at the end the husband and wife and kid are like in 2 different worlds and there in the same house but cant see each other...


sorry for the confuzing post but me and my girlfriend were trying to think of the name of the movie and it was pissing us off cuz we want to rent it to see it again but couldnt think of it... lol

the silent hill game for the first playstation was the best game ever. i was like 8 when it came out so i never even wanted to play it, i just loved watching my brother play it couse it was like watching a movie. still never saw the movie:ermm:
