i have an 2003 lonestar frame based off of an 89 trx 250r with a crf 450r motor in need a radiator and some advice on who to keep it cool while riding so please help
On my two hybrids I used PWR radiators, got them for around $330 and had no issues with keeping the quad cool. They fit a stock 250R geometry so your frame should accept it with no issues.

get a dual pass radiator. I can let mine sit idling for 10 minutes w/o losing 1 drop.
Use engine Ice too.

Here is one on ebay, it's alot more than I would pay for it though:

They have the same mount points as the stock 250R radiators. I never lost a drop of coolant either with my two hybrids with PWR radiators. Check out that other link I posted, maybe that guy still has that one, it was brand new for $300 and that included shipping, can't beat that!!
