HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOUR OIL PUMP IS WORKING PROPERLY?

I think that if it wasn't working, it would overheat. You could try loosening the output line on the right crankcase cover a little bit and turn it over to see if oil comes out. I guess I don't know of a way to pressure test it though. I just think that if it wasn't working you would now it...
when u first turn on the quad u can hear the oil pump start to work its like a turbo weezing noise.
if it wasn't working I would imagine that the rockers / camshaft would very quickly start to wear like crazy and make all kinds of noise :)

the oil pump really makes a turbo type noise? thats cool, I'll have to listen for it. Does it do it all the time, or just when you start it up?
