300EX hybrid??

Hey
Does anybody know how hard it is to put a 400ex engine in a 300ex frame???Or a 350x engine in a 300ex frame??
If anybody knows how to do it send me an idea of how much work it is..

350X in a 300EX is a classic sick hybrid.
I've been told its fairly easy.

350X engine is cake.. no mods to the frame at all.. direct bolt in.. 1 engine mount (on the motor itself) must be modded, but its easy also. I have a 350X engine with exhaust and all mounts already modded for this conversion if interested.. the engine has a big bore kit also.. let me know.
