Yesterday i was riden around.. doin wheelies and i was doin one pretty fast and went to far back and now my grab bar is at about a 90 degree angle... My brother used to have a 450R and gave me an extra AC racing grab bar to see what i could do with it.. has anyone tried swapping grab bars... I know that the bolt holes dont even come close to matching

Just wondering if anyones done this, or if i'm getting myself in to more work than i want to.

86-87 are the same, while the 88-89 are different, but the same as the 450R, and maybe the 400EX, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

400ex has the grab bar welded to the subframe.

... that sucks...

but anyway.. that 450r grab bar would be bout impossible to make it work and make it look good, and i'm leavin for the dunes tomorrow morning, so i just heated up my bar and bent it back... kinda looks like crap but o well, it'll work.

Make one, my buddy made one for his Raptor and he did an awsome job, looks better than anything you could buy.
