Im running a ported CT 350 with a Boyseen Rad valve, LRD pipe, 38mm Air stryker, Small lightened flywheel with high output electrical system and K and N air filter with no lid.
Main Jet - 200
Pilot - 52 I believe
Needle - 1 below middle clip
It runs real good on top end. This is with 100 octane gas mixed at 32:1. Breaks up a little bit mid it seems like...
what are you guys running for a main,pilot,needle??

Ive got the same motor but with a Vforce 3 cage and a TRX5 centermount and using same carb at sea level running 100 octane using Klotz at 32:1.
Main Jet - 210
Pliot Jet - 65
Needle Clip Position - middle
Note that I switch back and forth between 210 and 215 on the main depending on the temperature.

esr starts it off at 50 on the slow , 185 main and mid on clip and thats with the 40.5 bored out pwk carb....how the heck you guys running so fat on the main....

I am at a 172main, 60 pilot and a dgk needle in the middle,esr air filter kit. at sea level. with a pwk 39mm carb. boysen rad valve. next one will be a v-force
