more power

I have an 11:1 comp. 416 with a stae 2 hot cam, ported head, white bros exhaust, k&n without air box lid, and rev box and was wondering what else I could do for more power. I was thinking about getting a 450r carb. any comments or suggestions?

I have the same set up you do well close. I think i am going to leave mine untill next year and get a 450 my buddy just bought a yfz450 and his quad is like mine but on CrAcK!!!! Might want to think about geting a 450!

punch it out to 440, port and polish, edelbrock carb, which i just happened to have one for sale;)

Deff go with a 440 kit from duncan racing, best 440 kit out there.

Another option is to stroke the 416 to make it a 440. Check out www.powroll.com. Very fast and reliable setup.

idk how true it is, but i have been told that the '05 or eralier 450R carbs actually make more power than the fcr

My 416 setup actually made better power than my old 440 setup. Same cam, head, carb and all. And it seems to be a lot more relaible. I will have to find the dyno graphs and post them up.
