Which would be better to get? I am putting in a cam valve springs and new valve seals this week.

will the box be needed to make it run correctly or is this box not even needed?

The box is not needed for this only if you are hitting all the time but i would regear for that, the box adds no power just lets rev higher.

I got a $2,200 race motor with a stock cdi box. I have no need to over rev my motor and fry the crap out of it. My quad has enough power as it is.

the CDI's are pointless and cause more harm then good
