what years did they make the 250r with square tube instead of round? Are these frames better or worse or the same as the round version

they never a made a round tube trx frame from the factory ,,only the aftermarket companies used round tubing,,so that should tell ya whats better

:huh are you sure i could of swore they made round tube frames from the factory for the TRX.

but i could be wrong . It wouldnt be the first time

i do alot of offroad fab...cages and suspension and i do know that round tube is way easier to work with and weld at tight angles than sqrare.

thats good to know .I passed up one that was round tube that had a few cracks in it for really cheap:eek:
