whats the easiest way to tighten them i keep running in to the problem when they keep spinning everytime i try to tighten

IDK about balljoints but on some tie rod ends you can usually slip a 13mm on and hold it from turning......

If u are talking about keeping them straight as u are tightening the jam nut.I usually take a pair of vise-grips right where the threads end,and the shoulder of the b/j starts.that works fine for me.....

You're talking about the ball joint spinning inside the housing while trying to tighten it up to the spindle correct? Put a big c-clamp on it.

Most likely, if it begins to spin when you think it should bet getting close to tight it is bottomed out on the threads. Put a washer or two on there.
