I was told the carrier bearings are the same so therfore the axle would. Yes, it has the spacers and the billet brake hub attached. You would need to sue your hub nuts though.

Sorry, fat fingered that one. Use your stock hub nuts. The ones that hold your stock hubs on. Sending pic now.

even though they are interchangable...you need to use 250r hubs if its a 250r axle and vice versa.spline count is different. just tryin to help;)

what exactly is an HRC endcap? If it is what I think it is, I may be interested.

it is the bigger end opening end cap for the stock exhaust.

When I bought by 400ex, the previous owner removed all of the stock baffel and everything from it (including the endcap) Does this include the baffel as well, and would put me back close to what stock has? Or make it a little quieter than it is now?

Sorry, just the ends cap. I might have a stock 400ex muffler though. Let me check and see.

Does the axle come with hubs? I now it interchanges between the two but is it a 400ex (dont need any hubs) or a 250R (will need hubs)
