Toe in/Out adjustments

Hi could someone with a 07 400ex with standard A arms give me the measurement from frame to rim for setting correct toe in/out adjustment.

I was thinking from bumper mount bolt to front of rim.I had a go at setting it using a thread that I found in here but not entirely sure it's right.

ima say every quads different...you just put tie rods in? well it takes a little messing with if you did that to get it straight...one day i was riding holding my bars left to go straight till i got mine tuned in, good luck.
