how to instal a cam?, 2000 440ex

Ok so i am gonna be instaling the cam in my 2000 440ex this weekend and was wondering if there are any good articles or if anyone can tell me how to do this, i tryed a search but the word "CAM" is to short for the search.

if it is a hot cam then i would reccomend going to their website. They have detailed instructions on installation and break in. Im not sure about other manufactures
