The new HRC cam is an excellent bottom end cam.

I love my hotcams stg 1. It pulls great down low coming out of corners and going up hills.

I heard the '02 CRF450 Bike cam is pretty good...

It depends what year 450R you have. If you have an 04/05 model I would go with a hotcam stage 1 or a 02 CRF they are nearly identical.
HRC Cam all the way.....my dads HRC 450r just flat out moves.

If its an 04/05 the HRC cam offers nothing for bottom end.

02 CRF is also a great bottom to mid cam....I believe that the new HRC is a tad better for bottom end particularly.

I'll put my vote in for the Web 943/921 cam. This thing is amazing!!! I have that cam and a full Dasa pipe and it'll pull hard all the way through. I can pull a wheelies all day long with a blip of the throttle.

you can put the 06 hrc cam in an 04/05, its a great choice for full range powere increase.

price vs performance down low cant beat the HC1 they go for $120 all day long on ebay. Drop in cam also.
If its a 04/05 I would not do a HRC cam as thats a top end bias cam.

IMO you cant go wrong with an HRC, Stage 1 Hotcam, or Stage 2 Hotcam
