i tore my swinger off last night to install new bearings and found that my pivot bolt is just about shot. my Walsh uses 250r bearings, would a 250r pivot bolt work the same or does anyone know if the bolt is maybe a custom peice b/c it has to pass through the yz engine. i also found that apparently before i bought it it was reassembeled without the bearing sleeve on the left side, a part which Walsh told me was a custom peice. that sleeve i can make pretty easy, but i'm just concearned about the weather or not i can use a 250r pivot bolt.

Here is the scoop on the Honda swing arm bolts, they are all interchangeable! Many people think if you have a 250R you need to replace the bolt with one for the 250R but a TRX or a 400EX will interchange, I've done it for years. Plus the 400EX bolt on service honda is only $20, some people will try to sell you their used 250R bolt for that much!
