1st yr. atv troubles.

i was just wondering if when the maior companies come out with something new and they say "its been in development for over a year" or whatever and then they have whats known as first year bugs so then is what the companies are doing illegal? seriously, all these new atvs are coming (like all the 450s) thats had sooooo much R&D put into them and then you pay $6500-$7500 for it and they have recalls, well if they really do have so much research done to them shouldnt the companies find it first? i can see how it kina is and isnt illegal.

yeah i know nothins perfect but (for instance, theres plenty of others) like some kawis may have a gas leak recall, well really kawi was about a year or two late with this thing so youd think someone would have noticed it and put the brakes on it (oh well i cant complain much its not like when yam. knew there was a problem with the 01 or was it 02 raptor 660 tranny and offered warranty on everything but that.)
