well id say kawis done enough for 08 with the 450 and the teryx but they havent quite announced their sport lineup yet so who knows.

No, it is true. In a magazine suzuki promioused a 2008 250f race quad.

Well i heard from an inside source that suzuki is completely redesigning the ltr for 08, info about it is going to be released on june 27th to all the retailers...thats all i can say for now:chinese:

Ya I wonder wat they'll change. Maybe they'll make it less wide for XC racing. Hopefully they'll have two versions. One for XC, and one for MX, now that would be AWESOME.:D

Why would they redesign it ?:huh Its the best race ready 450 on the market .

when your selling a certain amount of units and the aftermarket is booming, why put more money into R&D? if your selling enough of something, there is no reason to change that.

i do think that the 450's should have efi, reverse, and aluminum frames. honda is so far behind with the carb, steel frame, and no reverse. but there winning races and selling machines, so why change it. i think kawi and zuki have the best 450's. but if i had to pick right now, id probably go with the suzuki. even though the kawi is the best looking.

two strokes are dead. leave it at that. they wont make a comeback unless everyone that races doesn't want to spend $1000 a rebuild. but its worth it for the torque.

you forgot about the newly coloured frames! i would never buy a new honda. they need to update their 450, come out with a big bore trail machine, like the raptor, and go back to the original 250ex and 400ex faces. not make everything look like the damn 450. the trx90 and 300ex look alot better with the 450 type plastic though.

what makes everyone think the efi's are better then carbs. i have seen way more issues efi related then what it worth.

If you are that fast on a stock Honda, you could be so much faster on an LTR. I've ridden them all stock and nothing will handle like an LTR.

i tt race , and on the straight aways i can blow by stock ltrs , and mine is a completly stock motor, no pipe or anything , they just don't make enough power

Okay do you have stock gearing ? Do they ? and another thing i said, "best stock 450 for MX and SX" i never mentioned TT and obioulsy there not set up like that, also how much do you weigh compared to them ? either you out doing him on something or he cant ride cause ive yet to find another stock 450 that can beat mine .

I've riddin' them all on a private track by my place, Includes VERY tight corners, big jumps and heavy whoops. LTR is KING for the fastest lap times.

I agree 100%. I know a couple guys with efi on their 4x4s and is nothing but trouble. efi gives great throttle response and all but for now i am a bigger fan of the carbs. but i am almost sure that all the 450s will have efi soon.

IDK... On my LTR I haven't had any problems with the EFI. I think its a hit n miss type deal....Only there are more misses.

Anyways I think the LTR will be revamped also for '08. Suzuki has to do something to stay ahead of the game.....
