Who makes these tires, are they still available, where can I get them and are there any similar?

GBC makes the mudsharks, they are still available over the internet, search google. Many people that I ride with in new england(4 seasons) use mudsharks on sport quads 21x12x9. You can still slide the back around and they work awesome on muddy trails, rocks, hillclimbs, and snow riding. I don't know much about the blackwaters.

black waters are IDENTICAL but a different compound, seem to be better all around, they don't make sport tires anymore tho
