choose a bike just for EFI ??

i will be building a bike from the frame up i really like the YFZ but im thinking of building an LTR just cause the EFI i dont want to finnish my build and ride for a year and my bike be outdated cause all the bikes went to EFI.. i would be building a 2007 in either bike

would that be a reason for choosing the LTR ?? either bike will be built from all aftermarket parts so stock form is not a reason

its gonna be a fun project but want to build the right bike any suggestions appreciated

I'd say a lot of EFI vs. no-EFI depends on how good you are at jetting and whether you ride in widely varying elevations and temps. EFI is nice no matter what--but when the riding conditions are constantly changing EFI shines the brightest.
