Need help with the front brakes

My brother wrecked his ltz good. We have to replace the frame. One of things I am un sure about is the front brakes. Right now 40% of the quad is still assembled and the brakes are just really mushy. They almost dont work. What is wrong, and what do we need to do to fix them when we transfer them over to the new frame?

This may be a stupid question but did you bleed the lines?

YEAH BLEED THEM, THERES NO LEAKS ANYWHERE?

No I havent blead them. This occured after the wreck. I am not familar with bleeding brakes. How do you do it?
